PAYMENT:
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa. All credit cards and check funds will be drawn in U.S. Currency.
FREIGHT:
FOB Factory.
Prepaid Freight on orders $4000.00 and over within the continental United States, excluding airfreight, and other means of express service.
Shipping: From time to time, motor carriers will charge for services that are beyond the scope of normal delivery. American Discount China® reserves the right to bill for these charges, including sort and segregate, lift gate, inside delivery, notification, change of delivery address, etc. You will be notified of these charges and before shipment will be made it is required that you provide us with your full credit card information, i.e. type of card (M/C, Visa, AMX, Discover) card number, expiration date, and pin number, and card holders name, address, city, state and zip code. This is needed to bill you for these charges as each carrier’s charges vary.
MINIMUIM ORDER:
Items are sold in case lots only. However, orders under $200.00 are subject to a $5.00 surcharge.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE AND/OR SHORTAGES:
AMERICAN DISCOUNT CHINA CORP.®, responsibility for shipment ceases with acceptance by carriers. If any goods called for on the bill of lading are short or damaged, do not accept them until the Freight Agent makes an exception notation on your freight bill. Thoroughly inspect the shipment as soon as it is received-if any concealed loss or damage is discovered notify your freight agent at once and request to make an inspection, If the agent will not make an inspection, then you should make an affidavit that you notified them (on a certain date) and they failed to do so. This, with other papers, will properly support your claim. We are not responsible for loss or damage when you give the transportation company a clear receipt.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS:
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment.
No merchandise is to be returned without written a return authorization rumber.
- Restocking fee will be 25% of returned merchandise invoice amount.
- Return Shipments must be prepaid.
- Returns only accepted on current merchandise found to be in original cartons and in new and saleable condition. Merchandise that has been put into service cannot be returned. Articles which have been made especially for you will not be accepted for exchange or return
- Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- No returns after 30 days from date of shipment.
CANCELED ORDERS:
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during our business hour to cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account within approximately 1-2 business days. Please never request cancel order via Email as we may not receive it in time.
MATERIALS AND FINISHES:
Seller reserves the right to make suitable substitutions in materials and finishes, depending on their availability and government regulations. All weights, sizes, and counts shown are approximate.
TAXES:
Florida Consignees: Applicable tax will be added. If you are exempt you must provide us with a valid resale tax certificate prior to shipment. Any tax or other Government charges upon production, sale and/or shipment of goods sold hereunder not imposed by Federal, State or Municipal authorities, or hereafter becoming effective, shall be added to the price herein provided, and be paid by the buyer.
BACK ORDERS:
We reserve the right to cancel back orders that are 30 days old or older. A credit will be issued.
PRICES:
All prices and terms of sale are subject to change without prior notice.
ERRORS:
American Discount China® will not be responsible for errors incurred on its web site.
FORCE MAJEURE:
American Discount China Corporation® shall not be held liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from acts of God, labor disruptions, governmental decrees, severe weather conditions, or controls, insurrections, war risks, shortage, inability to procure or ship product or obtain permits and licenses, supplies or raw materials, or any other circumstances or causes beyond the control of American Discount China in the conduct of its business.
PRIVACY POLICY AND SECURITY:
Information on customer privacy and security are contained in the Privacy Policy.
INDEMNITY:
As a condition of your purchase and use of product, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless American Discount China Corporation®, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any third party claim, action, damage, or other liability (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your violation of the these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Placement of an order shall be deemed acceptance of each item contained in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
