How much should I order?
This simple formula will help you determine the correct amount of china and accessories to order for your specific needs. Multiply the number of seats by the ordering factor for each item (see chart below). Then, select the closest dozen quantity. For example: If you were ordering a 5 1/2” plate for a cafeteria which seats 125 people, simply refer to the chart below and you will see that you would multiply 6 x 125 = 750 pieces or 63 dozen. Please understand that we sell only in case lots and when calculating by the dozens please conform to case lots when ordering.
